This evening is exclusively for members of the HBS Alumni Angels of Greater New York. HBSAANY members are required to be accredited investors (per SEC regulations) and are expected to agree to the terms of the HBSAANY Membership Agreement. Please note that we expect our members to invest at least $25,000/year in early-stage investments, although there is no contractual commitment to do so.
At this evening, we will include the finalists of the pilot cycle of the Venture Capital Access Program (“VCAP©”), a collaborative venture that provides women and diverse entrepreneurs nationwide with access to venture capital through accredited investors within the HBSAANY network. VCAP© is a partnership between HBSAANY and the National Association of Investment Companies.
