Matt Collins

Senior Vice President, Marketing, Simulmedia

Matt previously worked at Ampush, an ad tech Facebook Marketing Partner, where he was VP of Marketing & Communications. Prior to that, Matt held various marketing roles at Nokia before they were acquired by Microsoft, where he was Global Director of Applications & Partner Marketing in the company’s mobile app business. Earlier in his career he was a Brand Manager at Atari and Hasbro Interactive. Matt received his MBA from Indiana University and BA from Amherst College.

Sean Leow

Director of International, Kickstarter

Previously, Sean was a founding member of Neocha, a creative agency and bilingual magazine which celebrates and empowers creatives in China and is still an active board member. He graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2003, received his HNC Certificate in 2005 and graduated with an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2012. He worked at Facebook prior to his position at Kickstarter.

Shan-Lyn Ma

CEO and Founder, Zola.com

Previously, Shan-Lyn was the Chief Product Officer of Chloe + Isabel and prior to that, the General Manager of Gilt Taste, Gilt’s entrance into the food and wine arena. Shan-Lyn joined Gilt Groupe since 2008, when she started as the first Product Lead tasked with defining and evolving the core Gilt.com experience. She served as the Product Management lead on Gilt’s key new business launches and led Gilt’s successful foray into mobile – managing apps for the iPhone, iPad, Android and mobile web. Prior to Gilt, Shan-Lyn held Product and Marketing roles at Yahoo! Shan-Lyn holds a BCommerce with First Class Honours from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia and an MBA from Stanford University.

Prior to joining Greycroft, Ellie worked in a similar role evaluating investment opportunities at Lowercase Capital. Ellie also worked at Cisco in Corporate Development doing acquisitions, investments, and strategy within the unified communications, enterprise software, mobile, and video sectors. While at Cisco, she was involved in multiple acquisitions and investments, including PostPath, Jabber, Xobni, and Tandberg. She began her career in growth capital private equity at Summit Partners in Boston. Ellie graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a BA in Psychology and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Currently, Chitra is the Global Head of Market Solutions at Genpact, a leading lean digital, artificial intelligence, analytics and design thinking consulting firm. She delivers strategic solutions to clients focused on revenue discovery and business performance transformation using digital, artificial intelligence and data analytics. Ms. Nawbatt has an inaugural enterprise wide function driving new customer acquisition, partnerships and innovation. She develops customized integrated digital, artificial intelligence and analytics solutions for customers, and in doing so is driving Genpact’s pivot to a new growth identity, service lines and markets. Chitra specializes in the financial services, technology, media, hospitality and consumer oriented industries.
