Serving the needs of the homeless of Essex County, NJ for 30 years, Interfaith Hospitality Network seeks a strategic assessment in the face of waning volunteerism and shrinking public budgets.

Through its network of 25 churches and synagogues, emergency shelter and meals are provided to homeless families. A second program provides housing and counseling for up to one year. The third program offers after school and camp programs. Interfaith Hospitality Network's mission and results are unique. In recent years as both volunteer and public funding resources have declined and regulations have increased, Interfaith Hospitality Network's service model has become challenged. They seek assistance in developing a strategic plan to guide their ongoing effort to provide lifelines and dignity to the working poor.
