Nina A. Bowman MBA '94

Nina Bowman is a Managing Partner with Paravis Partners LLC, an executive coaching and leadership development services firm. She coaches senior and C-level executives, helping them to chart a course for their leadership development and guiding their efforts to bring the sustainable change required to achieve their vision of leadership.

Nina has a business background which combines strategy consulting and career and talent management. Prior to Paravis Partners, she founded Bowman Consulting, a career management services firm. She was also a Client Partner with Korn/Ferry International where she specialized in the recruitment and assessment of senior-level executives. Nina spent several years as a strategy consultant with Accenture and as a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy for a high growth consultancy.

She is a contributing author to the HBR Guide to Coaching Employees and the HBR Guide to Thinking Strategically. She is also a frequent writer and public speaker on topics related to career management and leadership development.

Nina holds a MBA from Harvard Business School, an undergraduate degree in economics from Brown University, and a leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University. She currently serves on the HBS Alumni Board and resides in the Boston area with her husband and two sons.

Tracy Williams, MBA 18

Tracy is dedicated to increasing equity, education, and economic empowerment for communities of color. As the Associate Director of Executive Programs at Management Leadership for Tomorrow, Tracy leads an executive coaching and leadership advancement program for mid/senior career Black, Latinx, and Indigeous leaders. She is an avid problem-solver who feels most energised at the intersection of business and social impact. Tracy has expertise in strategy, operations, project management, data analysis and communications through her previous experiences in management consulting, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining MLT, Tracy was a Consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she strategically advised executive leadership at the world’s leading NGOs, technology and consumer goods companies. Before BCG, Tracy was the Finance and HR Manager for Meals on Wheels America, where she led the transition to strategic human resource management and implemented integrated HR & Financial systems. She also previously held roles in accounting and finance at The Home Depot and EY.

Tracy holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and dual Masters / Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Georgia.

Outside of the office, you can find her running miles along Atlanta’s Beltline, on the hunt for the city’s best eats, checking out a new fitness class, or chasing around her standard poodle pup, Simba.
