Description

Egon Zehnder’s Sneak Peek: The Path to Corporate Boards

Boardroom diversity continues to be a struggle for most public companies, with Black directors making up only 4% of the total U.S. corporate directors and Black women representing just 1.5% of the total. The business case for board diversity is clear, but the path to get there can often be challenging and uncertain. In the first webinar of our Corporate Board series, we will be joined by Egon Zehnder’s Kenna Wyllie Baudin (MBA ’04) and Lisa Blais (MBA ’91). Kenna is a Partner and the Head of Egon Zehnder’s U.S. Private Equity practice. She is also a Board and CFO Specialist. Lisa is a Managing Partner and Egon Zehnder’s U.S. Board Practice Leader. Kenna and Lisa will give us a sneak peek into the path to corporate board service and ways to best position ourselves for the role.
