Mr. Knox will also share how working through some of the largest financial transactions driven by crises and government intervention shaped his thinking methodology and approach towards decision making. We will include examples from March 2020 and the COVID-19 Pandemic, forced divestitures from traditional US banks, and the emergence of fintech companies (like SoFi) to fill-in the gaps and change the game.

HBS Association of SoCal invites HBS Club of New York.
