Access: Supports for Living is a non-profit dedicated to helping its clients live the healthiest and fullest lives possible. With a $150 million annual budget, Access provides a wide variety of services to over 20,000 people with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges in 9 counties across New York State. Services for those individuals include residential and non-residential programs, care coordination, mental health counseling, housing, crisis response, addiction treatment programs, and employment and childcare services, among others.
Access has grown significantly in the past few years and needs help developing a long-term strategic plan to guide its continued growth. The project will focus on assessing Access’s key areas of operations and recommending areas to double down on, continue with or potentially exit.
