Waterfront Alliance builds, transforms, revitalizes, and protects accessible waterfronts for all communities bringing real change to the New York metropolitan region’s 700+ miles of coastline. Waterfront Alliance takes a leadership role to define New York Harbor’s response to sea level rise and coastal storms with a long-term focus on increasing waterfront accessibility for all.
HBSCNY Community Partners will assist Waterfront Alliance with development of their strategic planning project developing interview guides, interviewing key constituents, compile and analyze the results providing assistance in their 5 year planning process
The objective of the project is to:
- Development of interview guides
- Conduct selected strategic planning interviews
- Analyze interview results
- Identify major strategic themes
