Making Smart Money Decisions 1-5 years Post-HBS (virtual)

Wed, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Virtual
General PublicOther

Description

One to five years post-HBS are when many big life events tend to happen. Many of us buy houses, have kids or freeze our eggs, deal with student loans, and get serious about retirement. Yet, there are not a lot of resources to help us decide what to do first and how to divide our limited dollars between these many goals. This session will lay out common mistakes that new grads make with their money and explain how to make a plan that sets you up for success.

This one-hour presentation will be hosted by Eryn Schultz, HBS 2015. Eryn is the founder of Her Personal Finance, a financial education platform targeted to high earning women. Based on her experience reviewing the finances of hundreds of women in their 20s and 30s, Eryn will lay out common mistakes that new HBS graduates make with their money. It will also provide an overview of how to avoid these mistakes and make a financial plan that sets you up for long-term success.

This session will also include a moderated Q&A to answer your questions live.

Participants must register by Noon on March 21st to receive details on joining the discussion. The Zoom link will be sent out 24 hours before the event.

Please note that no refunds will be issued.
