Scott Galloway teaches brand strategy and digital marketing at the NYU Stern School of Business. He was named “One of the World’s 50 Best Business School Professors” by Poets & Quants in 2012. Scott is the founder of Red Envelope, Prophet, and L2 Inc., acquired by Gartner (NYSE: IT) in 2017. He is the author of two books: The Four (Portfolio Penguin, 2017) and The Algebra of Happiness: Notes on the Pursuit of Success, Love, and Meaning (Portfolio Penguin, 2019). Scott was elected to the World Economic Forum’s Global Leaders of Tomorrow and has served on the board of directors of Eddie Bauer (Nasdaq: EBHI), The New York Times Company (NYSE: NYT), Urban Outfitters (Nasdaq: URBN), and UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He writes a weekly newsletter, No Mercy / No Malice, and is the cohost of Pivot, a news commentary podcast. He received his BA from UCLA and MBA from Berkeley Haas.
