About Startup Partners
The Startup Partners program invites promising early stage ventures to a free consulting session with a panel of seasoned HBS Alumni entrepreneurs, angel investors and executives. As part of the Startup Partners program, HBS alumni volunteers provide the following: – Advice on strengthening business plans and strategies for raising capital – Candor that helps focus startup’s strategy and clarifies customer pain points – Insights on product-market fit and scaling business.
This session will focus on GoodLight, founded by HBS Alumni Tal Tchwella (MBA ’19).
GoodLight is a new kind of people risk analytics platform, built for the realities of risk that an individual poses to an organization. Entirely data-driven and context-aware, GoodLight continuously monitors information to proactively surface potential issues and patterns in any trusted business relationship.

Tal is the founder and CEO of GoodLight, a risk intelligence platform for businesses. Prior, Tal successfully exited a profitable Israeli cyber security company, which he founded, providing solutions to government intelligence agencies. Tal served in the Israel Defense Forces as an Intelligence Officer. Tal holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and MEng and BSc in Computer Science from MIT.
