This session will focus on WAVE Drowning Detection Systems, founded by HBS Alum Mark Caron (’93). WAVE Drowning Detection Systems was created with a mission to end drowning, a leading cause of death in children and adults.

Startup Partners is open to all HBS Alumni interested in helping Harvard startups by sharing their industry knowledge (no startup experience necessary!). As part of the Startup Partners program, HBS alumni volunteers provide the following:

· Advice on strengthening business plans and strategies for raising capital
· Candor that helps focus startup’s strategy and clarifies customer pain points
· Insights on product-market fit and scaling business
