Datacrushers is a revenue discovery platform for e-commerce, which uses Machine Learning and AI to identify and recover revenue loss, cart, search and browse abandonment to discover new revenue sources across any site. The revenue discovery algorithms analyze and monitor the three main attributes of eCommerce sites: The User, Site, and Product to complete a 360° in-depth understanding of the site. Gerald Ostrov

Founder and CEO, ReThink Israel

Gerald M. (Jerry) Ostrov is the founder and (pro bono) CEO of the reThink Israel Initiative and its www.fromthegrapevine.com website. reThink is a 501c3 focused on positively impacting American attitudes and beliefs toward Israel and Israelis via proactive social media based communications. It is by far the largest entity of its kind in the world with about 30 million views annually. He also invests in and serves as board member and advisor to startup companies primarily in Israel.

Jerry most recently served as Chairman and CEO of Bausch & Lomb, from 2008 to 2010.Prior to Bausch & Lomb, Mr. Ostrov served as Company Group Chairman, Worldwide Vision Care, for Johnson & Johnson. He was previously Company Group Chairman for its North American Consumer and Personal Care businesses. He spent over 20 years with JNJ. Jerry started his career with Procter & Gamble. He also ran CIBA-Geigy’s (now Novartis) over the counter pharmaceutical business for 9 years.

Jerry holds a B.S. degree in industrial engineering and operations research from Cornell University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard University. Jerry and his co founder wife Aimee live in Long Branch NJ and Herzliya Pituach Israel. They have 2 children and 2 grandchildren

Ubimo is a leading location intelligence platform platform that lets you see and act on offline consumer behavior insights. At Ubimo, Ran oversees product direction, strategic development and execution. Prior to Ubimo Ran Co-Founded LabPixies (acquired by Google in 2010), a leading web and mobile app development company. At Google Ran continued as a Product Manager in Search where he led and launched large scale products. Ran holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.

Yaffit Salmonson

Founder and CEO, Nooar

Yaffit is the founder of Nooar, a new intimate apparel brand based in NYC, with a direct-to-consumer business model that offers luxury lingerie at a contemporary price.

Yaffit comes from a marketing background with a strong emphasis on building and launching luxury brands. She worked for the fashion brand ZARA, managed the consumer product category for Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances in Israel, and worked for Unilever in the Global Brand Development team of Dove Hair.

Yaffit holds a B.A. in Communication and Management from Collage of Management and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.
