The media landscape is always in flux but in recent years the pace of change has accelerated — especially for TV. Join Chuck Scarborough for a presentation on what the impact of this paradigm shift means for businesses, our culture, and viewers. A discussion will follow with a panel of prominent guests, then a brief Q&A. Seating is limited, reservations are required.

This event is being sponsored by i-hamptons and held at The Spur. i-hamptons is a 501(3)c membership organization focused on bringing innovators and entrepreneurs on the East End into a single community. The Spur is the Hampton’s first private co-working space and innovation hub for entrepreneurs.

Charles Bishop "Chuck" Scarborough III

American television journalist and author

Emmy award-winning news veteran Chuck Scarborough has been reporting for the National Broadcasting Company since 1974.

Over the years, he has led breaking news coverage locally and abroad. Scarborough has filed reports from Europe; Russia; the Middle East; the Philippines; Mexico and South America. Scarborough, a U.S. Air Force veteran, began his television career as an anchor and operations manager at WLOX-TV in Biloxi, Mississippi. He was anchor/reporter for WDAM-TV in Hattiesburg, Mississippi; WAGA-TV in Atlanta and WNAC-TV in Boston.

Scarborough has earned 36 local Emmy awards and was honored by the New York Chapter of Television Arts & Sciences with their 2014
