Julie Cottineau is a globally recognized brand innovation expert, best-selling author of TWIST: How Fresh Perspectives Build Breakthrough Brands and CEO of her own agency, BrandTwist. She honed her branding chops working with Sir Richard Branson as the Vice President of the iconic Virgin brand as well as senior positions at global communications agencies Grey Global and Interbrand. She has taught branding and marketing at Columbia, Cornell and Stanford Business School and through her own online Brand School She was awarded the 2018 small business visionary award for Best Business Consultant. Her own life has been filled with magical TWISTS and she currently lives in the beautiful New York Hudson Valley with her handsome French husband, two wonderful children, and Teddy the wonder Beagle and Chief Barking Officer.
