In this interactive and improv-based Zoom workshop, “Thinking on Your Feet,” you will learn skills for thinking on your feet and handling the unexpected with calm, grace, inclusiveness, and humor. You will learn techniques you can use as a business leader to communicate and inspire your people in moments that are unplanned and unscripted. You will gain tools for delivering the message you want with confidence, without letting missteps derail you.
This fun workshop is highly experiential. In breakout rooms of pairs and small groups, you will learn and practice improv-based techniques that are applicable to your life and work.
Debra Schifrin, HBS alumna and Lecturer at Stanford Graduate School of Business, leads the workshop, which combines lessons from her improv-based MBA management course and techniques she developed as a National Public Radio reporter.
Be ready to dive in, participate, and enjoy this engaging way to bond with your fellow HBS alumni.
Participants must register by December 9th to receive details on joining the discussion. A waiting list will be kept once the event is full. Please contact Programming@hbscny.org to be added.
Please note that no refunds will be issued.
