Description

Develop a strategic plan for CUE Art Foundation that prioritizes programmatic activity relative to other mid-size visual arts nonprofits, and analyzes activities relative to their cost and impact on key stakeholder groups. The project will include the following:

• Benchmarking programs of other nonprofits to define “competitive” environment and understand what differentiates CUE from other organizations
• Benchmarking how similar organizations measure impact and spend resources.
• Analyzing the services offered and their efficiency vis a vis their use of resources.
