In her second book, The Intentional Life, Meredith Whipple Callahan describes living intentionally as aligning what you do with what you want. While it seems simple, intentionality is remarkably hard to achieve in the midst of life and work pressures.

This workshop will provide space and structure for you to refine your values, set goals for 2020, and then make a pragmatic, action-aligned plan for living them out in the next year. Through individual reflection and paired discussion you will come to insight and walk out with a plan for action.
