Known for his success in other companies such as SlingTV and Pandora, Lynch will talk about how he has leveraged his learnings from past experiences and applied them at Condé Nast.

Roger Lynch is the CEO of Condé Nast, a global media company reaching 1 billion consumers in 32 markets worldwide on all platforms available today. The company’s portfolio includes many of the world’s most respected and influential brands including Vogue, Vanity Fair, Glamour, Self, GQ, The New Yorker, Condé Nast Traveler, Allure, AD, BonAppétit, and Wired, among others.
Prior to joining Condé Nast, Lynch served as President and CEO of Pandora, the U.S.’s largest streaming music service. In previous roles he was the founding CEO of Sling TV, Chairman and CEO of Video Networks International, Ltd., an IPTV technology company in the United Kingdom, and an investment banker with Morgan Stanley in New York, Silicon Valley and London. He began his career as a member of the physics technical staff at the Hughes Aircraft Company.
Lynch currently serves on the Board of Directors of Condé Nast, Mattel, Inc., and the Partnership for New York City. He is also a member of the Champions of Change Coalition, the Board of Overseers of the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and the Board of Councilors of the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Southern California. He received his Master of Business Administration with the highest distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and his Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Southern California.

She oversees strategic planning, expansion of products and services to meet emerging client needs, new business development, talent and culture development, operational efficiency, and strategic communications consulting. Over the course of her career, she has worked with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, international organizations, non-profits, and start-ups. Prior to RFBinder, Binder worked at Innosight, a growth strategy consulting firm, where she advised C-suite executives on developing long-term transformational growth strategies in the face of disruption. Binder was recently recognized as a 2019 Next Gen to Watch by Family Business Magazine for her work at RFBinder. She received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and her B.A. with honors in International Relations from Brown University.
