Stevyn Schutzman

Managing Partner, Lyons Road Capital, LLC

Stevyn Schutzman was most recently a Managing Director in the Corporates Valuation Group at Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA), where he brought over 30 years of corporate finance experience.

Prior to joining KBRA, Stevyn held several roles of varying responsibilities at RBC Capital Markets, LLC, most recently as Managing Director and the sole portfolio manager of RBC’s $40 billion Liquid Asset Portfolio. While at the Firm, he also ran the corporate bond trading desk, served as Global Head of Fixed Income & Currencies Research and Strategy, and was RBC’s Chief Global Macro Strategist. Previously, Stevyn worked at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Salomon Brothers, Inc. as a fixed income research analyst. Stevyn was also selected 10 times to Institutional Investor Magazine’s All-America Fixed Income Research Team.

Stevyn earned a B.S. from Stony Brook University and an M.S. from New York University.

Chief Customer Officer at Monit

Ryan is the Chief Customer Officer at Monit, a Boston-based fintech that helps banks better serve with their small and medium-sized business clients with insights and analytics.

Before his leap into fintech, Ryan spent 18 years in financial services in Strategy, Product, and Revenue leadership roles. Most recently he was the SVP and Head of Strategy at City National Bank out of Los Angeles. Earlier in his career, he worked in Phoenix, London, New York, and San Francisco within EY’s Financial Service Advisory practice and American Express.

Lara Druyan is a Managing Director with Silicon Valley Data Capital, a seed and early-stage venture capital fund. Previously, she was a Managing Director and Head of Innovation at RBC, responsible for digital transformation.

Lara has 25 years of experience in all phases of technology product creation and associated change management; she is an award-winning business transformation leader recognized by Constellation Research and Banking Innovation. Lara is also an experienced board director. She serves on the Boards of CIBC (NYSE: CM) Bancorp USA, and Synechron, the leading global digital transformation consulting firm focused on financial services. She also serves on Astia’s Investor Council, an organization addressing inclusion for female entrepreneurs.

Some companies she has invested in include: Xactly (XTLY), Powerset (MSFT), Doorstead, YeshID, NavTrac, RevGenomics, and Deduce.

Lara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors from The University of Chicago and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
