One year into the COVID-19 pandemic, with vaccinations accelerating and economic normality on the horizon, decision-makers have reason for optimism despite challenges the economy has faced and current economic markers. Additionally, the SPAC market continues to grow, as these special purpose acquisition companies raise capital through IPOs expressly to acquire a privately held company and take it public. Come listen to Bill Ackman in this Alumni only event as he talks about SPACs, the current market outlook and the post pandemic recovery.
