NVC is a global competition organized by HBS Alumni Association and HBS Rock Center for Entrepreneurship, where alumni founders from all over the world compete first regionally then globally. HBS Club of New York hosts and sponsors the New York & Northeast US competition, which is the largest of all regions. We have a great lineup of events for this year, as well as very exciting prizes and benefits for our participants. He has worked 10 years in advertising at Leo Burnett, helping identify and nurture big ideas. Ali’s expertise is in taking ideas with potential for significant economic impact and packaging them for people to rally behind.

Nancy Weinstein is the co-founder and CEO of Mindprint Learning. For the past five years Mindprint has worked with schools, tutors, and educational consultants to help thousands of students around the world better understand their learning strengths and needs so they can succeed in school and in life. Nancy is a graduate of the Management & Technology program at the University of Pennsylvania with a BSE in Bioengineering and a BS in Finance. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School. Nancy is the co-author of the book The Empowered Student: A Guide to Self-Regulated Learning. Prior to founding Mindprint, Nancy worked at a diverse companies including Goldman Sachs, The Walt Disney Company, idealab! and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Founder & CEO of Longsleeve
Andrew is the founder and CEO of Longsleeve, an innovative consumer technologies company. Longsleeve (formerly Hour72) won the 2018 HBS New Venture Competition. Projects currently in development include long-lasting insect repellent & sunscreen. Andrew has co-founded several other companies merging science & technology, including Mounia Haircare and Contrabrand Inc. He is also an investor in ventures in real estate, Broadway, cosmetics, food/beverage, and agribusiness. Prior to pursuing entrepreneurship, Andrew was the head of derivatives trading at a large commercial investment bank. He graduated summa cum laude from Yale and with an MBA from HBS in 2018.
