The Rise of Lower Middle Market Private Equity in Europe (virtual)

Thu, 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Zoom Webinar (Information to be sent to Registrants)
General PublicFinance

Description

There are 25 million small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the EU which employ 94 million people in the region and contribute to 60% of the European economy. SMEs are the driving force in Europe representing growth, innovation, employment and social integration. Private Equity GPs are noticing that the lower segment of the private equity market offers a higher return, with median and top quartile higher than large caps.

Join us as we discuss the lower middle-market private equity landscape in Europe and their underlying SMEs with Eric Halverson, Founder of Qualitas, one of the leading European Fund of Funds. Eric will share his extensive experience investing in direct private equity, secondary investments and co-investments in the lower middle market. He will discuss a broad array of topics including value creation, generating returns in the European lower mid-market and managing volatility.

Participants must register by Noon on October 12th to receive details on joining the discussion. The Zoom link will be sent out 24 hours before the event.

Please note that no refunds will be issued.
