Description

Steve Pamon is the President and COO of Parkwood Entertainment, the management and entertainment company founded by singer Beyoncé in 2010. Under Pamon’s stewardship, the company has won accolades including a Peabody Award for Entertainment for the visual album, Lemonade.

“Just put in the work, everything else will take care of itself,” Pamon told Billboard about the lessons he has learned from Beyonce. “She said, ‘When you put creativity and pleasing the fans top of the mind, that’s what’s always gonna happen. You’ll be successful.’”

“Learning is a continuous process. I know that if I’m not motivated, it’s hard to motivate other people. I know that what motivates me is making change and making a difference, as opposed to money,” he told his alma-mater Morehouse College.

Previously Steve Pamon was the Head of Sports & Entertainment Marketing for JP Morgan Chase (“JPMC”), leading a team responsible for the signature negotiation and activation globally of JPMC’s multimillion dollar sponsorship portfolio, including the US Open Grand Slam Tennis Tournament, Lord’s Cricket Ground and the Madison Square Garden Properties (NY Knicks, NY Rangers, Radio City Music Hall, Chicago Theater, Los Angeles Forum, etc.).

Steve Pamon will share how he has been an innovator and leader in the music and entertainment industry for decades. Join us for this inspiring and exciting conversation with one of the titans of the industry.

Please note that no refunds will be given.
