VIRTUAL – Instincts in Flux: Triggering Business Growth in a COVID World

Tue, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Zoom Webinar
General PublicOther

Description

Massive changes are taking place due to the pandemic and every leader is trying to determine how their business will be affected. The problem of course is that no one can see into the future. But you can do the next best thing: peer into customers’ subconscious – and see how their instincts are changing.

Leslie Zane (HBS ’86), Founder of Triggers® Growth Strategy will lead a Town Hall session, Instincts in Flux: Triggering Growth in a COVID World. Leslie will explain the nature of consumers’ rapidly changing instincts—which new behaviors will stay with us, which ones will fade away and how brands can align themselves with customers’ shifting priorities.

While this is an unsettling period to say the least, Zane will illustrate how this chaos actually represents an opportunity for brands to improve their standing in our lives. As brands jockey for position, companies that align themselves with people’s changing values, needs and instincts the fastest will come out on top. In fact, done right, your brand can emerge from this crisis healthier than ever.

This event will be a virtual Town Hall, where attendees can bring their most pressing brand and business challenges based upon the COVID and post-COVID environment. Zane will respond to all question in real time. Gary Kreissman, (HBS ‘77) will moderate the session.

Leslie Zane is CEO and founder of Triggers Growth Strategy, a brand consultancy that has helped Fortune 100 clients deliver accelerated growth for 25 years.

Please note that no refunds will be issued.
