Anand Radhakrishnan (HBS 2002) is Managing Director and Head of North American Technology Partnerships. He joined Investcorp in 2002 and has been a member of the NAPE team since 2014.
From 2002-2013, Anand was a member of the Investcorp Technology Partners team. In addition, Anand served as the interim Chief Information Officer for the Investcorp Group from 2013-2014.
Previously, he was with The Carlyle Group, where he worked in the Venture Capital Group.
He currently sits on the board of TPx Communications.
Anand holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School.

Brian Miller (HBS 2002) is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Linden Capital Partners. He has been involved in healthcare principal investing since 1998. Prior to Linden, Brian was a founding member of the healthcare team at First Chicago Equity Capital. Mr. Miller began his career in the investment banking division of Salomon Brothers Inc. (currently Citigroup). He is currently a board member of Flexan, HydraFacial, MeriCal, Z-Medica, and Collagen Matrix, and was previously a board member of Solara, SeraCare, BarrierSafe Solutions International, CORPAK MedSystems, HYCOR Biomedical, Strata Pathology Services and Suture Express.
Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, with a concentration in healthcare. He is a board member of AdvaMed, the Founder of the Healthcare Private Equity Association, the founder of Private Equity Analysts of Chicago, a Trustee of The University of Chicago Medical Center, a Trustee of the Latin School of Chicago, and a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.

Kosty Gilis (HBS 2002) is a Managing Director responsible for Onex Partners’ efforts in the Business Services sector. Since joining Onex, Kosty has worked on several private equity transactions, including the acquisitions of ASM Global (formerly SMG), Clarivate Analytics, WireCo WorldGroup, Emerald Expositions, the going-private purchase of Tomkins/Gates, as well as the acquisition of Allison Transmission.
He serves on the boards of Clarivate Analytics (NYSE:CCC) and Emerald Expositions (NYSE:EEX) and ASM Global and previously served on the boards of Tomkins/Gates, Allison Transmission (NYSE:ALSN) and WireCo WorldGroup. Kosty is also a member of the board of the Doug Philpott Inner City Children’s Tennis Fund.
Prior to joining Onex, Kosty worked at Willis Stein & Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm and was a management consultant at Bain & Company in the firm’s Toronto and Johannesburg offices.
Kosty holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S., Economics (magna Cum Laude) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Allie Nava (HBS 2002) is a senior leader with Amazon AWS Private Equity, working with investors and their portfolio companies on portfolio value creation, digital modernization, and innovation leveraging AWS and Amazon. Prior to joining AWS, Allie held senior P&L leadership roles where she built, led, and scaled privately-held businesses and divisions of innovative publicly-traded companies in the analytics/ information services, financial services, and healthcare sectors, and also held M&A advisory and strategy/operations roles in management consulting. She completed her MBA at Harvard Business School.
